Does SCRIPSENSE guarantee authenticity?
At SCRIPSENSE, we understand the importance of trust. Shopping for pre-owned luxury items isn’t easy. The reselling industry is plagued by sellers of counterfeit luxury handbags, so it is essential that our experts are skilled in the art of authentication. Before any item is posted to the SCRIPSENSE website or sold through our boutiques, it is checked by highly qualified authenticators specializing in specific brand names. Our experts have been thoroughly educated in detecting “fakes”. Whether it is a handbag or an accessory item, the authentication of every piece is reviewed and inspected to ensure that its details meet with the manufacturers established standards of quality in: stamping, stitching, hardware, authenticity stamps, date codes, serial number (where applicable), materials and craftsmanship.
At SCRIPSENSE, we are proud to collaborate with top-tier authentication professionals to ensure the integrity of every item we sell. Each bag goes through two independent authentication stages:
- In-house authentication: Our own team of brand-specialized experts conducts a thorough initial inspection.
- Third-party authentication by ENTRUPY, for additional assurance, we partner with a certified independent authenticator based in the United States. This external verification provides an objective, secondary confirmation of authenticity through advanced analysis and brand-specific expertise.
We stand by our authenticators and the authenticity of each item we sell and we offer a lifetime return policy should any item we sell prove to be non-authentic.
How does SCRIPSENSE determine the condition of an item?
CRIPSENSE maintains a high standard in selecting the items that we accept. We inspect each item and if any notable flaws exist, we will make a note of it under the Condition Rating in the listing.
Please remember that most of the items that we carry have been previously owned. Unless otherwise stated, they may not be in absolutely flawless condition. We include very detailed pictures and give accurate written descriptions… so check them carefully. Please pay particular attention to the sizes and measurements.

How do I find my order invoice?
In an effort to be more eco-conscious, we are no longer including paper copies of receipts for orders. Please refer to your order confirmation email as this is your proof of purchase. SCRIPSENSE does not offer gift receipts or personalized messages for gifted orders.
