- SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Shipping Labels – Inbound Shipping Labels
All shipments are processed exclusively through DHL and authorized logistics providers designated by ScripSense.
Shipping fees are calculated based on: package category, dimensions, volumetric weight, destination region, insurance value, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping Categories and Fixed Costs (Romania)
All domestic shipments within Romania are processed through DHL Ground Shipping according to the applicable package category (S, M, L, XL).

Economy Shipping: EUR 15, estimated delivery time: between 2 and 5 business days
Category M
Economy Shipping: EUR 25, estimated delivery time: between 3 and 10 business days
Category L
Economy Shipping: EUR 35, estimated delivery time: between 3 and 10 business days

European Union
Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped through DHL Ground Shipping according to the selected shipping category and destination country.

Outside the European Union
International shipments outside the European Union are processed through DHL Ground Shipping. Additional customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, processing fees, or governmental charges imposed by the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
All orders delivered outside the European Union are shipped via DHL Ground Shipping at a fixed cost of EUR 150. Any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, processing fees, or other additional charges imposed by authorities in the destination country shall be borne in full by the customer. DHL Express Air Shipping
For customers requiring faster delivery services, the Platform offers DHL Express Air Shipping for eligible domestic and international destinations.

Express Shipping: EUR 60, estimated delivery time: 1 and 3 business days
Category M
Express Shipping: EUR 80, estimated delivery time: 1 and 3 business days
Category L
Express Shipping: EUR 100, estimated delivery time: 1 and 3 business days
Category XL
Express Shipping: EUR 250, estimated delivery time: 1 and 3 business days
Tracking
Full DHL Express tracking information is provided once the shipment has been dispatched.
Priority Handling
DHL Express Air Shipping includes priority handling and accelerated transportation for urgent orders requiring expedited delivery.
1.2 Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days following successful payment confirmation, verification procedures, and fraud screening review.
Business operations, customer support, order preparation, and shipment handling are conducted during the following business schedule:
- Monday – Saturday
- 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET
Orders placed outside business hours, during weekends, public holidays, or non-working days may be processed during the following business days.
1.3 Saturdays and Weekends
Standard DHL services generally do not include Saturday delivery, if Saturday delivery is requested and available, additional DHL Saturday-delivery fees may apply.
1.4 Order Changes
Customers may request delivery detail modifications after checkout. Delivery modification requests remain subject to verification and operational approval.
1.5 Signature Required Upon Delivery
All shipments are dispatched with signature-upon-delivery requirements.
1.6 Shipping to a Non-Billing Address
Requests for shipment to alternative addresses may require identity verification, phone confirmation, additional documentation, manual review, or additional processing time.
1.7 Shipping to a Business Address
Orders may be shipped to verified business addresses or places of employment.
1.8 Combining Orders
Orders are generally processed independently and cannot always be combined after placement.
1.9 Orders with Multiple Items
If a single order contains multiple items located at different shipping facilities, items may be shipped separately.
1.10 Information for International Buyers
Customers purchasing goods for delivery outside Romania are solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance procedures, brokerage fees, and compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
1.11 International Currency Information
All prices displayed and amounts due at checkout are shown in EUR and exclude customs duties, import taxes, exchange fees, or destination-country charges.
1.12 Product Appearance Disclaimer
Minor visual variations between photographed products and delivered goods shall not constitute defects, non-conformity, misrepresentation, or valid grounds for claims, disputes, chargebacks, or refunds.
- RETURN POLICY
2.1 Return Eligibility
Eligible products may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Products must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and retain all original tags, authentication labels, and security seals attached and intact.
We reserved the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2.2 Inspection Upon Delivery and Claims
Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery. Any claim relating to incorrect products, shipping damage, defects, missing items, discrepancies, or non-conformity must be submitted to ScripSense within 24 hours from delivery.
2.3 Refunds
Refunds are generally processed within 2–4 business days following receipt, inspection, verification, and approval of returned goods.
2.4 Return Shipping Procedure
All returns must be processed exclusively through ScripSense using authorized DHL return procedures.
2.5 Return Shipping Costs and Refund Deductions
Returns are not free of charge unless expressly stated otherwise by ScripSense.
Customers shall bear the full return shipping costs. Applicable return shipping costs and additional logistics-related expenses may be deducted directly from the refund amount issued to the customer.
2.6 Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return: personalized products, final sale items, gift cards, hygiene-sensitive products, underwear, swimwear, earrings and pierced jewelry, final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.
2.7 Failed Deliveries and Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect shipping information, the customer remains fully responsible for all shipping, customs, and logistics-related expenses.
