1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Labels – Inbound Shipping Labels

All orders placed through ScripSense with delivery within Romania qualify for free shipping labels.

For all orders placed through ScripSense with delivery within the European Union, a flat shipping fee of EUR 100 applies.

For all orders placed through ScripSense with delivery outside the European Union, a flat shipping fee of EUR 150 applies. In addition, any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, processing fees, or other additional charges imposed by the authorities in the destination country shall be borne in full by the client.

ScripSense reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable law. 

1.2 Processing Time

As a general rule, orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. An estimated delivery date is provided during checkout. ScripSense is open Monday-Saturday, from 11:00 – 18:00 CET. If an order is placed on a weekend, a public holiday, or outside normal business hours, the item will be prepared for shipment within the following 3–5 business days.

While ScripSense will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special shipping requests, the customer remains solely responsible for understanding the shipping procedures. Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day; orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day. Every order is reviewed, verified, and approved individually. Any discrepancy between billing and shipping information may cause delays. The customer may be contacted by phone or email; therefore, please provide valid contact details for both addresses. Please note that occasional shipping delays may occur.

1.3 Saturdays And Weekends

Standard DHL service does not include Saturday delivery. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us, where available, an additional DHL Saturday-delivery fee will be added. For expedited shipments, weekend delivery timelines are as follows: a 2‑Day order shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday, an overnight order shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday (the next business day). While estimated delivery dates may be provided, delivery at a specific time cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by weather or mechanical issues are beyond scripsense’s control, and shipping fees cannot be refunded for such delays.

1.4 Order Changes

For orders within the European Union, you may update delivery details after checkout. By choosing to do so, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume full responsibility and liability for any loss or non‑delivery of the item (“Loss”);
  • ScripSense expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from such change and/or any loss;
  • You waive and hold harmless ScripSense, its affiliates, licensees, and service providers from any resulting claims.

1.5 Signature Required

All orders are shipped, by default, with a signature‑upon‑delivery requirement due to the value of the goods. If you will not be available to sign and your order value is under 500 EUR, you may waive the signature requirement during checkout. By waiving signature, you accept full financial responsibility for the item once it leaves scripsense’s facility.

1.6 Shipping to a non‑Billing Address

To protect against fraud, we recommend shipping all orders to the billing address associated with the chosen payment method. We recognize that exceptions may be requested (delivery to a neighbor, place of business, second residence, gift, etc.). Such requests can typically be honored; however, you must provide contact details for both the buyer and recipient, as phone verification may be required. This may result in processing delays.

1.7 Shipping to a business Adress

We can ship to your place of employment upon successful verification. If you choose to ship to a business, please provide the company name and a contact phone number.

1.8 Combining Orders

Standard & Express Shipping: Orders are shipped independently and cannot be combined. When multiple items belong to a single order, they will be shipped together whenever possible.

International Shipping: Due to international shipping regulations, orders are sent individually, as each shipment requires a commercial invoice.

1.9 Orders with multiple items

If a single order contains multiple items located at different scripsense shipping locations, the items may be shipped separately. This will not increase the shipping charge to the client.

1.10 Information for international buyers

Destination Customs in Your Country: the customer is solely responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country, as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All items shipped outside the European Union will be declared at full purchase value and indicated as “used.” We cannot declare any item as a “gift.” The customer is responsible for being aware of any regulations that may prohibit the importation of specific products. Certain countries prohibit the import of items made with exotic skins.

Customs Regulations in the United States: when pre‑owned (used) items are shipped for purchase, they may be subject to inspection and potential duties/taxes. Items must be properly declared as used handbags or accessories, as applicable. U.S. customs duties are calculated as a percentage of the declared value and may be adjusted by the authorities after inspection.

1.11 International currency information

All prices displayed and amounts due at checkout are shown in EUR and do not include import taxes, customs duties, or any other fees imposed by the destination country. We accept returns for international orders pursuant to our return policy. We do not provide currency‑exchange estimates, as rates fluctuate constantly. All transactions are subject to the exchange rate in effect at the time of processing, as determined by intermediary financial institutions. scripsense does not make adjustments for currency‑exchange fluctuations on returns.

2. RETURN POLICY

ScripSense gladly accepts returns of eligible products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Please review the complete return policy details outlined below.

2.1 Return Eligibility 

  • Products must be shipped back to ScripSense within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The Certificate of Authenticity tag and the original product tag must be attached in order to receive a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, complete with all original accessories (e.g., dust bag, box, lock, charms, etc.). Proper packaging and protection are required to avoid damage during transit. Products that are not in their original condition will not be eligible for refund.
  • ScripSense gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • ScripSense is not responsible for wear or damage occurring after purchase. All products are pre-owned, and ScripSense cannot honor manufacturer warranties, as it is not part of the original production process. The ScripSense team inspects each item carefully for authenticity and condition but cannot anticipate future wear resulting from customer use.

2.2 Refunds

  • Refunds are generally processed within 2–4 business days after the returned item is received, depending on the original payment method.
  • Refunds for Hermès Birkin and Kelly bags may take up to 10 business days due to verification at the central office.
  • If the payment card or bank account used for the purchase has changed, the customer is responsible for contacting their previous financial institution to redirect the refund.
  • For bank-issued gift cards, please retain the card until refund confirmation is received. Refunds will only be issued to the card used for purchase.
  • Orders paid with a ScripSense gift card will not result in issuance of a new card in case of return. ScripSense is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • If a returned product was part of a promotion, the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally to reflect the discount applied.
  • International orders are eligible for return according to the dedicated international return policy. Refunds for international orders are issued only in EUR, in the exact amount originally paid. ScripSense does not provide currency rate estimates as they vary depending on financial intermediaries. Transactions are processed based on the exchange rate at the time of refund. No adjustments are made for currency fluctuations.

3. Return Shipment

3.1 All returns must be processed exclusively through ScripSense. Returns sent using alternative courier services will not be accepted.

Returns within Romania

All returns initiated through ScripSense with pickup within Romania are subject to a fixed return fee of EUR 50, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns within the European Union

All returns initiated through ScripSense with pickup within the European Union are subject to a fixed return fee of EUR 100, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns outside the European Union

All returns initiated through ScripSense with pickup outside the European Union are subject to a fixed return fee of EUR 150, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, processing fees, or other additional charges imposed by authorities in the destination country shall be borne in full by the customer.

Return Label Process

All return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. This period refers to 14 consecutive calendar days, not business days. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.The return process is not available through the customer’s  ScripSense account and cannot be initiated via the website. To request a return, the customer must contact ScripSense by email, clearly stating their intention to return the item and providing the relevant order details. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, ScripSense will issue a return shipping label (AWB) and send it to the customer via email. Only returns shipped using the return label provided by ScripSense will be accepted.

Returns shipped using any courier service other than the one arranged by ScripSense, or without the provided return label, will be strictly refused, regardless of shipping method, insurance, or tracking availability.
